Variable: FRAMES

const FRAMES: object

Defined in: packages/sporty/src/frames.ts:39

Registry of source frames. sporty's xTrans/yTrans move the SURFACE; these move the DATA into the surface frame (feet, surface origin).

Type Declaration

espn-football-0-100

readonly espn-football-0-100: Frame

hockeytech

readonly hockeytech: Frame

HockeyTech play-by-play xLocation/yLocation (PWHL, AHL, OHL, ECHL, ...): a 600x300 canvas, top-left origin, y down, centre ice at (300, 150), onto a 200x85 ft rink (y up). The canvas is stylised rather than true to scale: converted end-zone faceoff dots land at about ±67 ft and ±52 ft against regulation ±69 ft, so the converted feet are approximate.

nba-legacy

readonly nba-legacy: Frame

stats.nba.com legacy shots. The hoop lands at x = -41.75, so every shot is on the -x half: pair it with displayRange: "defense" (as sdvplot's court_coords documents).

nba-legacy-vertical

readonly nba-legacy-vertical: Frame

stats.nba.com legacy shots with the hoop at the BOTTOM (blazing-the-nets' orientation): x = x/10, y = -41.75 + y/10, legacy x keeping its sign. The points come out ALREADY in the rotated (screen) frame of a rotation: 90, displayRange: "defense" scene: draw them on that court as they are and never rotate them again. ("nba-legacy" instead gives unrotated points.)
