Interface: SelectionPatch<Row>

A partial update for SelectionStore.set: an absent field keeps its value. Each id goes through toId: a number is stringified (12 and "12" are the same id) and null, undefined, NaN and "" are dropped. A bare string throws InputError rather than being split into letters: pass ["KC"], not "KC".

The new hover value; null clears it. An equal cursor (same field, same value) is a no-op.
