Function: marks()

marks(team, league, o?): Promise<readonly MarkRow[]>

Every archived mark for one team, best first (logos and wordmarks, every variant and source). Default: the committed shard (deduped, ranked rows). full: true fetches the CDN manifest lazily (once per process) and returns every manifest row for the team, including rows the shard dedupe dropped; a failed download throws DownloadError. Both paths filter on the team only. fetch overrides the global fetch for the manifest download. Throws UnresolvedTeamError when the team is null or does not resolve (strict, as Python).
